Seely
This is Seely. He is ready to start looking for his new home. He was taken to the Humboldt County Animal Shelter in Jan 2018 from a rural part of the county. He was in pretty bad shape when he got to the shelter. He weighed only 47lbs on intake and was afraid of most everything. After a few weeks at the shelter he had put on the weight he had lost but was still too wary of new things to be adoptable through the shelter. We pulled Seely from the shelter and continued the work we had started with him, pack walks and obedience classes have helped him become more confident and social. He is still a bit shy around new people but does warm up quickly with some tasty treats and kind words and once he warms up to you he is very affectionate.
Seely is about 5 yrs old, neutered and current on his vaccines. He does well with other dogs on walks and social encounters. He would do best in a home without cats.
